At what time will my order be delivered? Unless otherwise disclosed by the shipping method the customer chooses, our standard delivery times are anytime until 8:00 pm for residential addresses, and anytime until 5:00 pm for business addresses. During peak delivery periods such as holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), delivery deadlines may be extended to accommodate high volumes. Please do not assume that your order will be delivered before or by a certain time of day.

As with all delivery services, kindly take into consideration that an order's exact delivery time will vary due to various circumstances beyond our immediate control, such as traffic/road conditions, weather, volume of orders/packages, distance, etc.
