About us

At The North Pole Company, we’re proud to offer a world of beautifully curated Christmas gifts and festive baskets, each one crafted to bring joy and holiday cheer. Behind the scenes in Santa’s workshop, our distribution centers, our team of elves works with absolute dedication to ensuring every gift is prepared with care and delivered with a touch of magic.

We specialize in Christmas gift delivery across major Canadian cities—including Toronto, Vancouver, Hamilton, Ottawa, and Montreal, as well as their surrounding areas—and many major U.S. cities and states such as New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Washington, New Jersey, and Connecticut. No one else spreads Christmas cheer quite like we do, and we’re always expanding our same-day delivery routes to reach even more stockings and doorsteps.

Along with our online workshop, we’re delighted to have physical locations in Toronto, Vancouver, New Jersey, and Los Angeles, helping us deliver gifts more quickly and more cost-effectively. With same-day delivery available seven days a week.
